Our Story
We are a group of talented, local engineers and system installers who have been trained and devoted our careers in sustainable energy solutions, energy management, hybrid vehicle solutions, solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and digital control systems for over two decades.
With over 20 years of combined experience working in the solar and energy industries, we bring unmatched experience and attention to engineering detail. The original Bright Future Solar Energy office opened in 2014 in Salinas, CA to serve clients in Monterey, San Luis Obipso and Santa Barbara Counties. In 2016, we expanded to our 2nd location in San Luis Obispo, CA.

Although solar PV systems have a high return on investment (ROI) and quick simple payback period, there can often be other energy investments with a higher return than even solar PV.
Our team of professional engineers and energy experts perform a site energy audit prior to offering an energy solution. Often times LED lighting retrofits and variable frequency drives (VFD) have a higher ROI than solar and can be replaced prior to adding solar, thus reducing the size of the solar system and saving the client thousands of dollars. At Bright Future Solar Energy, we take a holistic approach to saving energy in order to maximize our client's investment.
