As a founder and principal at BFSE, Kelly wears a number of hats. From engineering, project management, contract administration and business development, Kelly plays a vital role throughout the company. He is the sustainability and green building specialist on the Bright Future team and has an innate understating of LEED, Commissioning and the latest CALGreen Code. Kelly's desire to be on the forefront of the energy management industry's technology is evident through his continued pursuit of education, professional certifications and licenses. He is actively involved in a number of local industry organizations including the Association of Energy Engineers, ASHRAE and Cal Poly's HVAC&R Industry Advisory Board.
